I will be doing this very basically:

1-Create new image, with a white bkground.

2-Go to 'Filters>Renders>Clouds>Solid Noise, play around with the settings until you like it.

3- The go to Layer>Colours>Colour Balance and set it to one of the colours you want to use.

4-Once done, simply select part of the image you want to make a different colour, using the free select tool.

5-Repeat step 3, but obviously, use a different colour XD

6-Place your stock in the sig.

7- Add your Text

8- Add your boarder (Script-Fu>Decor>Add Boarder) and then choose your boarder colour and size.

9-Upload it, and then put it in your sig.

10-GLOAT :w:

Btw, this tut can also be done using the Colourise, or the Hue/Stauration tools :w:
