Hello!

Today You will be making something along the lines of this:
Image

Ok. First start off with a new image. I Made Mine 350x120

Pick 2 Colours From Your render and make a linear gradient:
Image

Now. On a new layer place in your render. Resize it To fit if you have to:
Image

Now Duplicate your render 4 Times so that you have 5.
On your first duplicate. keep copying your render till it fills the background but leave some room for the color to show through:
Image

Now Motion Blur That Layer. for mine. I put the angle as 0 and length as about 30.
Set that layer on Dodge at 100% opacity and unhide your next duplicate:
Image

Now For some smudging. Grab out a small brush of some sort. I used The 15px hard brush. Smudge it in a sort of flow. I used 100% opacity And 50% rate:
Image
I set this layer On screen at 83%

Before you unhide your next duplicate. Make a new layer and get the sparks brush.Remember the "sort of flow" earlier with the 15px brush?Well brush how you did then with the sparks brush:
Image

Hide your sparks layer. Now go Filters->Map->Displace on a Duplicate you havent Used yet.Displace it using the sparks layer and put that layer on Dodge at 70%:
Image

Now unhide your next Duplicate. Grab out an abstract or Grunge Brush and smudge your duplicate with it:
Image
Put this layer on addition at 100%(also Makes the bg light up a bit more. yay! =D)

You should have 1 duplicate left. Just leave it alone.(sometimes neglection is better xD)*ahem* anyway.

Make a new layer and go Edit->Copy Visible and paste it in the new layer.

On this layer we're going to make a gradient map. Choose the incandescent Gradient in your gradients menu and Go Colors->Map->Gradient Map(Or If your using an older version Filters->Map->gradient Map. I think :S):
Image
I put this layer on Hue At 50%

Now make another new layer and Copy Visible again and duplicate it once.
On the top layer Go Filters->Blur->Motion blur. I set the angle to 133 and the length to 25.
Set it to screen at 100% and erase around the focal Of your sig with a soft brush at low opacity:
Image

Now make another New layer and copy Visible and duplicate it once again.

On the bottom layer Go Filters->Enhance->Sharpen. Sharpen it by about15-40 but no more than that or it oversharpens and looks wasted =\.I used 35 for mine:
Image

Now on your top layer go to Filters->Blur->Gaussian Blur and put both sliders to about 4 or 5:
Image

Use A Soft Brush At low opacity(I used about 24% opacity) and erase around the focal a little bit. Keep some of it blurred as it adds depth(I know mine isnt a great example >.>)Add text and a border if you want:
Image

And your done!

DO NOT RIP.SERIOUSLY THERES NO POINT. I WILL FIND YOU AND HUNT YOU IF YOU DO.

**Ps:If I missed something tell me please. Thanks :D**

And post your outcomes!

Just Search Planetrenders for the render.

And guys. You dont have to follow the tutorial using everything i did. Hell. Grab your own render and Brushes and stuff. it makes for a more unique outcome.

ty :h:

The only thing i dont like, Is my render was really blurry
so i had to sharpen up to 95, And it still looked blurry! But if i went to 100 it would've been Rough colored lines

Nice outcome man!

Just for the second tag. if you had put the Little Cut out thinger in a bit more of a blank space(And not Over the text) It would of looked doubly good :w:

Nice though man!~ :w:

i Really like this tut, ALOT.

But, when ever i use it to make a sig, the outcome is awesome yes, but when i add text it looks ugly =/ most of the time when i do it i get a light colored background so white doesnt work because its hard to read, and black is just ugly looking in the end, and every other color is kinda... Bleh

Is there any special text effects that would make it look better?
