I try to figure out how to move 2 frames at the very beginning of a sequence
For mistakes i delete the first 2 frames, i have a duplicate but i don't see how to add it at the very beginning

i see how i may replace or swap, but i don't want replace the first frame, i just need it to become frame 000003 and to add other 2 frames at the beginning

Sorry i don't understand well.
let say that i need frame 000013 become frame 000001,and actual frame 00001 become 000002 (no need to replace frame 000013 with something else only to move it backward)
