Hello Class Today We Will Be Making This:



1)Open a 400x120 new image

2)Go to Filters-Render-Clouds-Solid Noise

3)Play around with the Settings till you like it

4)Create a new transperant Layer Layer-New Layer

5)Repeat step 2 and 3

6)Go to Dialogs-Layers

7)Play with the modes until you like it

Find A Render

9)Goto Tools-Color Tools-Color Balence

10)Set the color to the main color of you render

11)Goto File-Open As Layer

12)Select Your Render

13)Position Your Render How you like it using the Move Tool

14)Select the Text Tool

15)Find A font you like

16)Write Your User Name in a blank place

17) Create a new layer

18) Select All

19) Fill with white

20) Select> SHrink by 2 pixels

21) Fill with black

22) Select> Shrink by 1 pixel

23) Ctrll+k

24) Set mode of layer on Overlay
