Okay another tutorial lol.
We will be making this:
Image
1. So start off with a blank canvas, I used 400x130.
Image
2. Open your render in a new layer.. I used this one.
Move it and scale it to your liking.
Image
3. On the Background layer, make a gradient with these settings:

Result:
Image
4. On the same layer, use a gradient with these settings:
Image
Use this gradient a few times around your image, randomly clicking and dragging:
Image
5. Use the smudge tool with the 'pepper' brush spacing set on 1.
Image
Result:
Image
6. Create a new layer and name it 'FX1'.
Image
Use your gradient tool with the 'german flag smooth' gradient:
Image
Make it right overtop of your render on the 'FX1' layer.

Now set the layer mode to screen:
Image
Smudge it around now:

7. Open a c4d in a new layer. I used this one. Now set the layer mode to screen:

Result:
Image
8. Create a new layer and name it FX2.
Image
Use FG-transparency gradient with multipul shades of red:

Result:

9. Use your pepper brush to smudge the gradients:

10. Add text.
