Well, you've defiantely accomplished the depth!
I think it'd be a better picture without the shoe and the green thing. They were distracting for my eye.

Not bad, depth is okay, but that isn't incredibly hard to get with any camera with autofocus. ;p
Try and set up your composition and atmosphere little more - even if it wasn't, this looks a little rushed. I actually like the shoe, it sort of helps set the urban street atmosphere - which you could definitely expand on, instead of a tiled floor and cupboards in the bg. ;p
If possible, get your colours more organized too - or edit them in PS (obviously though, make sure to state that it's an edited photo). You might want the wheel to be a little sharper, if possible. One last, it's kinda hard to tell it's a skateboard. Define that a little better.
